WHAT IS DECOUPAGE? Decoupage is the art of decorating an object by applying paper cutouts onto it in combination, than adding a clear coat of varnish to seal the paper. Please Note: Due to the nature of each vase being handmade and decorated, absolutely no 2 pieces are ever identical and might have minor imperfections. NOTE** The surface will not be completely smooth and may have creases. This is not a defect, but due to the decoupage process, it adds a rustic look and feel to each piece.
